• 50% Required down payment
• 45% Required prior to shipment
• 5% Net 30 days
• Customer to supply 1 set of tools and tubing to setup and runoff bender.
• Customer to Approve Bender Prior to Shipment on Ultimate Tube's Shop Floor.
• Controller training on Ultimate Tube's Floor included.
• Training at customers plant after machine is in and running (Extra Cost travel, in-plant and expenses).
• Control manual provided tech.
• Customer to pay all shipping charges FOB Ultimate Tube.

WARRANTY:

• 1 year from bender arrival date at customer plant
• Ultimate Tube covers mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical parts.  DOES NOT Cover any operator abuse or machine downtime or labor to remove or re-install hardware if abuse or misuse happens.
• Shipping of any parts will be paid by Ultimate Tube (UPS Ground ONLY), UPS Blue & Red paid by customer.
• Ultimate Tube can request that any damaged or broken parts be shipped back to our facility for inspection.
• Customer to pay expenses and Ultimate Tube will provide labor.
