The KB-70 is the 3.00” workhorse
of the KEINS CNC line. It is utilized in automotive applications
requiring the maximum bend head
clearance for symmetrical seat and body frame parts, and popular in
the HVAC industries for large fluid lines and heat exchanger tubing.
The KB-70 has all the functionality of the KB series control for creation
of complex parts and integration with fully automated work cells, and
has the communication capability for interfacing with measuring centers,
CAD systems, and network program storage. The KB-70 comes standard
with overhead tie bars, and wiper die assembly.
Controller Features
The KB series controller is a proven Yaskawa design with features
integrated by KEINS to add safety, speed, functionality, and flexibility
for expansion as a major component of a fully automated work cell.
A user-friendly interface, selectable inch and metric programming in
all menus, and expanded access to system configuration for interface
of external devices including loaders, unloaders, and special applications,
makes this control the most versatile and functional control offered
on any bender of its class.
Components Features
Machine components are carefully selected to utilize off-the-shelf
cylinders, drives, and reducers to maximize replacement parts availability.
A NEMA-style lockable filtered enclosure is standard on all models,
providing maximum protection of the electronics. Hi-grade THK linear
guides are used extensively for precision movement and long life.
The KB series provides the accuracy required in manufacture of jet
engines, the speed required by rigorous schedules imposed on automotive
suppliers, and the dependability that guarantees uninterrupted performance
for all customers whether it be a small-volume service environment
or a high-volume manufacturer.
