Alpine NC Single Axis Tube Benders with PLC Control
The Alpine NC-Series are touch screen, hydraulic drive, single axis and single stack tooling design benders that offer high precision and affordability. The machines can perform bending operations in one axis with hydraulic power, while the rotation (B) and feeding (Y) axes are manually operated. The feeding axis also has an optional 4 position DBB flip stops feature for adjustment. The machines are equipped with a PLC Master I Controller that has a 3-D graphic display and allows multiple bend data storage. They also have a Hydraulic Pressure Die Assist (PDA) with flow control and air cooling system to ensure smooth bending. The Alpine NC-Series are suitable for simple bending production or prototype work in various industries, such as furniture, automotive, motorcycle, display, and fitness equipment.
