5 TRANSPORT AND WEIGHTS

 

The machine must be transported with a crane per system. Per system will be described below what the gross weights are.

 

Drilling system (weight approx 8.26 Tons)

For lifting this part, lifting eyes are provided on top of the system. This part can be lifted with suitable liftingchains.

Take care of damage

 

Infeed roller conveyor + transverse transport / outfeed roller conveyor + transverse transport (weight approx 2.2 Tons per system)

They can be lifted with lifting belts on the frames.

 

Feedertruck and truckguidance (weight approx 0,88 Tons)

They can be lifted with liftingbelds on the frames.

Sawing machine

For lifting the sawing machine the lifteyes must be used. The liftingeyes must be fixed on top of the sawing machine. For this purpose screwtaps are provided in the frame (see also manual VOORTMAN).

The numberingunit can be lifted with lifting belts on the frame.

6  INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLING

 

The systems will be place with a crane (with the special frame) on the right place in the shop, as much as possible in line. Afterwards the systems will be lined out as well as in the length direction as in height. After the whole machine is lined out the holes can be drilled in the floor (through the holes of the fixing plates on which the machine is staying) and the frames can be fixed to the floor.

Afterwards the hydraulic and pneumatic tubes must be connected. See also chapter 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 and the electrical drawings for the connections and putting in operation of the central control system. Voortman have to do the installation.

 

7 DISASSEMBLING

 

First the system must be switched off and bring down the pressure of the hydraulic system. Disconnect the hydraulic and pneumatic tubes. Disconnect the electric cabling. See chapter 2.6!!!

Remove the fixing bolds and disconnect the supports of the transverse transport. with help of the transport frame the machine can be transported.

At final dismantling of the system take care that the hydraulic oil, oil in gear boxes and reservoirs will be removed on an environmental friendly way
