REBUILT MODEL CL-150M RATCHET TUBE BENDER

 The Clarke & Lewis CL-150M Ratchet Tube Bender is a manually operated “DRAW” bender. The bender can be employed to accurately form multiple bend tubular parts. The tube is clamped to, and drawn around, a rotating circular die. The tube is backed up during bending by a follower or pressure die. The pressure die rides on a pressure die bolster and is free to slide with the tube and tangent to the bend die. For bending thin wall tubing, a mandrel and wiper die are required. The Model CL-15M is reversible and may be set up for either right hand (Clockwise) or Left Hand (Counter Clockwise) rotations by removing and reversing the bend arm and the stationary arm on the bend head base.

Clarke & Lewis is no longer in business. Ultimate Tube Bender Parts Plus, Inc. purchased the engineering drawings several years ago. Ultimate Tube has been providing replacement parts and service on the Clarke & Lewis machinery. We have built some new machinery models such as the CL-215’s and in the process of bringing the CL-2SD Beading, Flaring, Square & Deburr machine back in the market.
