Rebuilt PINES #1 RH Hydraulic Tube Bender To Include:
Bender is upgraded with a COMPTROL digital controller. The controller is by Sierra Controllers. See www.sierra-corp.com for detailed information. The controller is has a quick disconnect to the main electrical box. We use the orange anaconda non-metallic not the gray metallic. This way if you step on it or happen to drive the forklift on it, it will not crush it and damage the internal wiring. Specifications are listed below.

Removed original swing arm assembly
Design & Manufacture New Swing Arm – Slide Length Approximately 31” Long (Tee Slots machine thru & add extension block for adjustment screw) (A spare extension block will be provided with and extra back up screw & nut)
New Safety Plate
Remove & replace Timken cup & cone bearings
Replace spanner nuts
Replace spindle key
“NEW” Stationary Arm– Custom To Accommodate (50” Diameter):
Design & Manufacture New Swing Arm – Slide Length Approximately 31” Long (Tee Slots machine thru & add extension block for adjustment screw) (A spare extension block will be provided with and extra back up screw & nut)
Manufacture NEW top sections for the Swing and & Stationary arms for the larger CLR’s up to 50” Diameter. These will mount to the slides similar to what is existing. Roller Bearing Style with wear plate under so the bearings will not contact the 60-1/2” Diameter Plate

New Base Extensions with Legs included extending the machine length for the mandrel extractor to the same length as the existing length. Will require (2) 10’ extensions that will be bolted and approximate 3’ extension welded to the machine base. Extensions could vary depending on the exact machine length we purchase.
Manufacture new tube clamping assembly. Will have shut off flow controls so it does not cycle when not needed. This assembly is used to clamp onto the tube and keep it in position while the tooling wraps the material around the radius die/chains. Adjustable to the 50” Diameter / 25” CLR.
