Rebuilt PINES #1 (LH) Hydraulic Tube Bender To Include:

 

  • Bender is upgraded with a COMPTROL digital controller. The controller is by Sierra Controllers. See www.sierra-corp.com for detailed information. The controller is has a quick disconnect to the main electrical box. We use the orange anaconda non-metallic not the gray metallic. This way if you step on it or happen to drive the forklift on it, it will not crush it and damage the internal wiring. Specifications are listed below.

  • Machine cleaned, sanded & painted. Standard colors are Miller Welder Blue & Safety Yellow unless other specified.

 

  • Swing Arm:
    1. Removed & inspected
    2. Repair bend die keyway (If necessary)
    3. Repair pin holes (If necessary)
    4. Re-cut spindle keyway (If necessary)
    5. Skim cut bend die mounting surface & weld up low areas (If necessary)
    6. Remove & replace Timken cup & cone bearings
    7. Replace spanner nuts with Taperline locking style
    8. Replace spindle key
    9. Replace fasteners

 

  • Stationary Arm:
    1. Removed & inspected
    2. Repair pin holes (If necessary)
    3. Replace fasteners

 

  • The swing arm & stationary arm slides are replaced with new. The wear strips, clamp bars, gibs, rod ends, bushings in toggle links pins, snap rings & grease zirks replaced with new.

 

  • New Hydraulic cylinders including (Bend, clamp & pressure cylinders).

 

  • Hydraulics:
    1. New Vickers Valves For Clamp Die, Pressure Die, Bend, Deceleration w/PA5 Cord Connections
    2. Vickers Piston Pump (NOT VANE PUMP)
    3. New Suction Strainer
    4. New Oil Sight Glass
    5. Flow Controls Added behind Clamp, Pressure & Bend (To adjust forward & reverse speeds

 

  • Hydraulic tank cleaned

 

  • New hydraulic hoses

 

  • New gaskets on side oil tank covers

 

  • New Lube USA electronic slide lubricator. Includes new junctions, meters, line, ferrules, & fittings.

 

  • New main electric motor (TEFC) Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled
  • Electrical:
    1. Use Existing disconnect box (NEED VOLTAGE)
    2. Use existing fused disconnect switch
    3. New motor starter
    4. New transformer
    5. New wireway
    6. New wiring
    7. New switches
    8. New fittings
    9. New Fuses

 

  • New Rear Sprocket pin & bushing

 

  • New Front & Rear bend chain & connecting links

 

  • New Pressure Die Holder Assembly Includes Master Bar Assembly

  • Machine cycled & tested. Sample material & a set of tooling are required to be provided by customer.

 

  • Install Tiger Stop Assembly 18’ Long Rail will have approximately 16’ Travel
