MACHINE DESCRIPTION:

 

Left and right CNC full Electric tube bending machine designed to perform fix and variable radius in diverse format of tube and profiles such as round, square, rectangular, oval and various sections.

Machines allows to bend multiple radius within the useful stack height by means of vertical and horizontal head servo displacement as well as variable radius via push bending performed through carriage booster.

Bending head horizontal and vertical servo movement allows unlimited positions along its stroke turning possible to bend complex shaped profiles perform fine adjustments with guaranteed servo precision and reduced cycle times.
