SOCO,   Hydraulic   High   Speed   and   Precision,   Tube  and   Pipe  Bender Model   SB-75 NC-MP,   Fully  Automatic  with   Plane  Angle  Rotation   for  high  production   with   NC   Control   System  which  will  provide  precision  bend with excellent  repeatability  and equipped  with  the  following  features:

• Bending capacity  0”  OD.  round,  square  and  profile  tube.
• 45 Programs  are  available  to  preset  bending  angles and each  program is  able  to  register  up  to  9  position  in  one  bending  cycle.

• 8 Plane  Angle  Rotations  are  provided   to   preset   planed   bend   with auto-reset  to  Home   Position  at  the  end  of  each   bending  cycle.

• Bending accuracy  is  within   + / –  01 º  per   90 º  bend.
• Control panel   is   well  designed   to   be   user   friendly   with  graphic, easy   to   read  instruction  and  touch   screen   sensors.

• Automatic Mandrel   Retraction   and   8  Bending  Distance  Stops  with measurement  gauge.

• Solid State  PLC  unit  provides  trouble  free
• Movable Bar Control  with  emergency stop and  other safety devices are equipped in many locations on the bender  with operator’s safety in  mind.
